In this short chapter we are going to explain in detail how microphone and camera setup should go. With this advice you will be able to provide seamless performance to your online meetup.

Once you have pressed the “Start” button to begin an instant event

You'll find yourself in the conference room that should look something like this:

Make sure you press “Allow” before anything else. This simple step will allow all of your equipment to function properly during the conference.

Pay attention to the control buttons on top of the conference screen

Conference host will have both, the microphone and the camera, turn on at the start of the meeting by default. Everyone else (participants) will have to turn their camera and microphone as needed by pressing on the corresponding buttons as follows:



You will know those are on if both icons turn green like this
