You can invite guests to a Proficonf conference in two ways: using a link, and using an email notification.
The important information!
For the Free plan, up to 6 participants can be invited to one conference room via email.
For the Pro plan, up to 120 participants can be invited to one conference room via email.
For the Premium room plan, up to 300 participants can be invited to one conference room via email.

If you choose to send out a link to a participant, he or she will get right into the conference room upon pressing it.
Feel free to click on this icon,
and click the "Invite" button to invite guests to join.
If you've got a separate document with the list of your permanent guests and their personal info, you can select all text by pressing Ctrl+A and copy-paste it into the "Enter name or email" field. Proficonf will select emails only and send the invite. A user gets into the conference room following the link in the letter he received.
Enter emails one by one and add them to the list.
Select a role for participants: speaker or viewer.
Click the button "Invite" to invite participants.

If you prefer to send the conference link using a messenger of choice - click on the green copy button in the Invite window of your conference:
The click will copy the link to your conference. You can send it out to your guests.
There is one more way to get your invite link to your guests.
Go to your "Events page" and click a "Copy" icon right by the conference URL.
You can send the link anyway you prefer. It will take your visitors to the conference room.
Your attendees are not required to download and install any software to participate in Proficonf conferences.
